For orders outside of Greece, please first try on the watch at an official shop to see if it is of your preference and order after.
All the watches declared as Brand New, are in condition Brand New and this means they have never been worn.
Our appointments are made after payment, at the official representative office of each brand after telephone contact.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees and importation to a third country are the responsibility of the recipient.
In case the leather strap consists of crocodile leather, shipping to a third country is an exception. Due to CITES regulations it is too difficult and time consuming to ship outside of Europe.

TERMS - RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
For orders outside the European Union, Import and custom duties are buyers responsibility.
Return due to the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (according to article 3 of Law 2251/94 as in force):
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for personal use only, then you are entitled to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of its delivery to you, by returning the product to us.
#Το right of withdrawal applies if:
– the product is in its original state, with all the accessories and forms that accompany it and in the same condition it was shipped.
– your relevant statement is made before the lapse of the 14 days from its delivery to you
# Shipping Costs: the return is made by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of the above Statement for Withdrawal (either you return it to the point indicated to you, or you send it with a carrier).
# Control and Refund: If within this period the product is received by us, and after it has been checked and determined its good condition as above, we will refund to you in its entirety the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way that you had paid it no later than 14 days from the day your Statement of Withdrawal is sent.
