The item purchased ultimately was delivered to the wrong address, despite numerous emails to. both the dealer and Chrono24, fortunately, despite my emailing FedEx not to deliver to the address, they did, and this person knew someone who knew me, and sent the box to me in AZ, at an additional cost of approximately $145 USD which should be reimbursed to me, but has not. The lack of communication on the part of the dealer and Chronos is disappointing, and I will instruct American Express to contact you regarding the extra funds I had to pay, unless this can be rectified. The watch is on my wrist and was as described All the best Gerald Dorros MD

The bezel of the watch I received had many scratches. The warranty and instructions were for the model several years ago. The date, model number, and serial number shown on the warranty card were all handwritten and not printed by the manufacturer. I canceled the watch and returned the watch because the item was not new for the above reasons. (Despite prompting for my receipt, there was no reply from the dealer at all) The dealer did not receive it for a while and the cancellation process did not proceed. I felt so bad about this series of facts.

1. Yes there are some minor scratches on bezel might happen during shipping from authorize dealer to us. Sorry about it We didnt see it. 2. This is the warranty and instruction We received from GP, We don't issue warranties for watch. Whatever We can from factory We give it to clients. 3. As we said this is what We get from factory. 4. Our watches all are 100% unworn, Of course when you take it to local authorize dealer to check it they will tell you it might be used because of price you buy from us. 5. We didn't received any message from you about returning the item, Only Chrono24 told us about it and We confirm that you can return the item. Purchased my first breitling from luxeware earlier this year and to be honest I had a very mixed feeling post purchase that I would like to share my purchase journey with anyone else that is looking to purchase any piece from this them. There were definitely a couple of issues mostly minor with a few major hiccups on the way which some people may or may not find it a big deal. To start off it began with how I went to make a personal trip to their Hong Kong office to view and purchase the watch. As they only take appointments I had made prior communications with them via direct messages on chronos24 as well as WhatsApp which then I proceed to purchase my plane tickets for my little journey. When I got there, that was where my entire experience started going downhill. Got to their office, which was a really small office no more than 20sqm. To have came down all the way, I would have expected to be able to view the watch itself and was hopeful that if all else goes well I would be able to go home with a shiny breitling on my wrist. Unfortunately that was not the case, I was disappointed to find out that the particular model that I’ve communicated and informed them that I’ll be making a viewing appointment was not available for viewing as they had apparently decided to ship it off to their other hq in Dubai just a few days back. You can imagine the amount of disappointment that I felt when I learnt of this. They even claimed and told me that in order to for them to let me view I had to make payment for the watch first. Which didn’t make sense as I wasn’t ready to swipe my credit card for a watch that I didn’t even get to see in person at all. Did I mention they didn’t even have a credit terminal available and I was told that they will have to “borrow” another terminal from another company. I believe everyone will agree that at this point, my mind was basically screaming SCAM to me. At the end I decided that I like the watch too much and decided to trust Chronos24’s trusted checkout and I proceed to take a leap of faith and purchase the watch directly online. When the watch arrived it was packed remarkably well and watch received was in deccent condition with a few minor missing tags and as well as a wrong instruction manual, they actually gave me a manual for another model which was ridiculous and they did not respond to me when I pmed them over WhatsApp which had been almost a month which I have yet to hear back from them at all. Talk about reliable seller when the moment they received their money, they stop replying you completely. Just sharing my two cents of my experience with them as everyone should definitely think twice before even thinking of purchasing from them.
