L’orologio è come da descrizione e rispecchia le caratteristiche fornite dal venditore e ne sono super soddisfatto. Tempo di risposta ai messaggi molto breve, disponibile ed educato.. unica pecca è stata un ritardo nella spedizione dovuto al fatto che non si era accorto del pagamento che avevo effettuato (in più una volta contattato piuttosto che darmi il beneficio del dubbio, mi è piombato addosso dicendo che “cliccare il tasto hai pagato non significa per forza che tu lo abbia fatto”). Da quel momento è stato super disponibile. Ricomprerò sicuramente da lui! Unico consiglio: messaggiateci!

Despite being well-packaged, I was surprised to see a small dent on the case and minor scratches on the hour and minute hands (QC issue). These were acceptable to me, but the condition of the watch was listed as new.

I would like to recommend this dealer but I can not due to my experience. Shipping, communication etc was great, however, this was a limited edition collector piece and it did not come as new, which was the description. The box had some scratches on it and the box was missing the original cushion, for a new watch it should have come with the protective stickers on the watch as shipped from Seiko warehouse, and it didn't. Was disappointed to have a mint collector piece and have it arrive lacking in its completeness

Brand-new watch as promised. Outstanding packaging and lightspeed shipping. Because of a misunderstanding on the dealer's side, communication could have ended fatal if I wouldn't have kept cool-headed. For me as a first time buyer on this platform it felt like a rip-off first, what it wasn't finally. I would buy there again, but I wouldn't like to experience this kind of misunderstanding again.
