I found that H&Y Jewellery were very professional throughout answering my questions and sending me photos of the actual watch very promptly. The watch was delivered to my house in Northern Scotland from London in just over 24 hours which was a day earlier than the original estimate. Delighted with the watch and would definitely purchase from them again.

One of the best customer experiences so far. I made a few enquiries before I purchased the watch and they always replied fast and I got all the information I needed. They shipped the watch instantly after i had made the transaction and the watch arrived to Finland next day. That was incredible fast delivery! All in all it was very pleasant to deal with H & Y Jewellery. I purchased a IWC Pilot 36 and the watch is just perfect.
