Domestic Shipping Requirements for Watches Over $5,000:
For items valued at $5,000 or more, we have additional shipping requirements to guarantee the security of your purchase:
FedEx Hold for Pickup: To provide the highest level of insurance and protection, watches with a value over $5,000 must be shipped to a FedEx location near your shipping address for pickup.
Return Policy
At Chronocraft NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. To ensure peace of mind, we offer a 14-day return policy on all watches purchased on Chrono24. Watches must be returned to us with all original protective plastics, tapes, hang-tags and any and all attached accessories such as box and papers (if applicable) intact. Reminder, until your decision to keep the watch is conclusive, please do not wear it.
