Furthermore, we pride ourselves in accurately describing and depicting the watches that we have for sale. This goes for both availability AND condition of the watch. If we say a watch is "In Stock" then you can rest assured that your order will not be cancelled a week later due to "issues with our supplier" or whatever trendy excuse others use. If we list a watch as "New" then you can rest assured that you will receive a truly never worn watch. The sad reality is that a handful of other dealers will try to pass lightly pre-owned watches as "New", or, list the watch as "New" only for the small print in the description to say the watch is pre-owned. To make matters even worse, they will go as far as to polish the watches to cover up previous signs of wear. The untrained eye would likely be unable to tell the difference when buying online, sadly. All of our photos are taken in-house and we do not use photoshop. While we price all of our watches extremely aggressively, make sure you do your due diligence if you see another comparable online. Often times you will run into the aforementioned issues and/or the watch will come with a 3rd party warranty instead of the warranty issued by the brand. Shipping - FedEx Express or UPS Air shipping is included with every single purchase in the USA, unless otherwise stated. Every shipment will be fully insured and require a signature at delivery. If you are unable to be home to sign for the package or just want to be extra cautious, we always offer the option to have the package held for pickup at your nearest FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. This is always strongly encouraged even if you think you will be home to sign for the package. This option is available for customers in the USA only. International shipments will also ship via FedEx or UPS. All International buyers are responsible for any import duties/taxes. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when payment is verified by Chrono24 for models listed as "In Stock".

Returns - You can buy in confidence knowing that we offer a return period of 14 days from receipt of your watch if the watch is not as described.
