Despite its age of almost 55 years, the watch still measures a very current 40 mm. It is fitted with the original tritium dial in the popular "Zorro" version. This dial also became popular again when Breitling celebrated a revival of this dial at Top Time in 2020, which also increased the demand for the original Sprint Zorro. The fitted strap comes from the new Top Time Zorro and thus creates a link between old and new. Any collector who can call both the Top Time Zorro and the Sprint Zorro their own will be delighted.

On the time scale, the watch ran very well during our test with around + 2 s / d at an amplitude of 274 degrees. The chronograph works cleanly, the zero setting is perfect and the reset also works flawlessly. The bezel rotates smoothly and the original tritium dial and hands have developed a beautiful patina over time.

The watch naturally has signs of wear and scratches due to its age, but looks beautifully authentic and not over-restored. To ensure that the first impression is right on delivery, we pack the watch in a new original Breitling cord case, which really suits the watch wonderfully and is very practical.
