Omega Speedmaster: Planet Earth to Outer Space

The Omega Speedmaster is one of the world's most famous chronographs. It went down in history as the first wristwatch on the Moon. Today, this beloved collection comprises numerous models: from the classic Moonwatch to high-end timepieces.

By Chrono24

Iconic Chronographs

Every watch enthusiast knows the Omega Speedmaster. Most fans associate this Omega watch with the first Moon landing in July 1969. However, today the Speedmaster is so much more than just the "Moonwatch." The collection contains numerous models: from manual chronographs and especially precise quartz watches with analog and digital displays, to automatic timepieces with state-of-the-art Co-Axial movements. Top watches feature Omega Master Chronometer calibers with magnetic resistance up to 15,000 gauss.

Omega regularly releases special limited editions of the Speedmaster. These series often sell out quickly due to their extremely restricted numbers. Since they are so popular among Omega fans, their prices tend to skyrocket within a short period of time. One example is the Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday Limited Edition, which the Biel-based manufacturer introduced in 2017 to celebrate five years of #speedytuesday. The Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday had an original list price of 6,500 USD. Since then, prices have climbed to around 13,000 USD. Prices for the Speedy Tuesday 2 "Ultraman" from 2018 have performed similarly. Both models are limited to runs of 2,012 pieces.

The Omega Speedmaster Apollo 13 Silver Snoopy Award has also performed well since its release. The version with a white dial officially cost 7,350 USD new. Limited to a run of 1,970 pieces, this timepiece will now set you back around 50,000 USD in mint condition. The first Snoopy special edition appeared in 2003, has a black dial, and had a limited production run of 5,441 pieces. New pieces demand roughly 24,500 USD and have also sharply risen in value over the last few years. It's a similar story for the Snoopy edition released in 2020, with prices on the secondary market reaching more than triple the watch's original list price of 9,600 USD.

Retro models are also a hot commodity among Speedmaster fans. In 2019, Omega opened its vaults and released the Calibre 321 collection. This collection is outfitted with the legendary caliber 321, the movement that powered the Omega Speedmaster worn by astronaut Ed White during his spacewalk in 1965 – the first American to achieve such a feat. Another example is the Speedmaster '57 collection, which pays homage to the first Speedmaster models from the late 1950s. As of 2022, Omega offers these watches in three different sizes, making them fantastic men's and women's watches.

How much is an Omega Speedmaster?

The Omega Speedmaster collection is extraordinarily vast, and so too is the pricing. The most affordable model is the Speedmaster Date Automatic, which you can buy for around 2,600 USD. For just 1,000 USD more, however, you can get the popular Speedmaster Reduced, the design of which is a nod to the famous Moonwatch.

If you want the real deal, expect to pay between 6,000 USD for a standard Moonwatch model, such as the ref. 3570.50.00, and up to 72,000 USD for the platinum Moonwatch with the caliber 321. Prices for special editions such as the Silver Snoopy, Speedy Tuesday, and Apollo 11 models depend on the exact timepiece and can cost anywhere from 9,500 USD to 50,000 USD. Moonwatches made of Sedna or Canopus gold, Omega's proprietary rose and white gold alloys, demand similar sums.

If you are looking for a vintage watch, there are plenty of Omega timepieces to choose from. Expect to pay between roughly 7,500 USD for models from the 1970s and 80s, and over 80,000 USD for pieces from the very first production run of the Speedmaster in 1957.

The Most Popular Speedmaster: The Moonwatch

The Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch is still the most significant and renowned Speedmaster model. If any wristwatch has earned the title of "famous," it's this one. When humans first stepped foot on the Moon on July 20, 1969, they were equipped with the Omega Speedmaster Professional. The astronauts weren't the only ones to endure a long and arduous selection process, the watches did as well. NASA subjected a select group of mechanical watches to harsh conditions. These included extreme temperatures from -18 to 93°C (0 to 200°F), vibrations, excess and vacuum pressure, and much more. In March 1965, it was determined that the Speedmaster Professional performed the best, and thus, it joined the crews of the Gemini and Apollo missions.

Over the decades, Omega has only made a few changes to the original model; for example, the hands and indices no longer use the radioactive material tritium to achieve their luminous effect. Instead, they use Super-LumiNova. Additionally, Omega now utilizes scratch-resistant sapphire crystal instead of plexiglass. However, most die-hard Speedmaster fans can come to terms with these slight modifications.

When it comes to the movements inside Speedmaster watches, Omega stays true to tradition. The current Moonwatch is powered by the hand-winding caliber 3861. It is a direct descendant of the caliber 861, which was first seen in the Moonwatch in 1969 and served as the inspiration for the Lemania 1873. The caliber 3861 is a modern evolution of the 861, featuring Omega's co-axial escapement and a silicone balance spring, which means the timepiece is unaffected by magnetic fields up to 15,000 Gauss. The movement is also certified as a Master Chronometer by the Swiss Federal Office of Metrology (METAS).

Prices for the Current Moonwatch With the Caliber 3861

The current Moonwatch has been part of the Omega lineup since early 2021. Known among fans as the "New Moon," this model comes in various designs. The one that comes closest to the original is the ref. 310.30.42.50.01.001, which, like all Moonwatches, is 42 mm in diameter. If you take a closer look at the watch, you'll see that it has a "step dial," i.e., sunken subdials and minute track. More obvious is the stark contrast between the white hands and indices against the black background. The retro flair is preserved by the light green shimmer of the luminous material coating the indices and hands, the domed Hesalite crystal, and the tachymeter bezel. The bezel on this timepiece is black, made of anodized aluminum, and features the much sought-after "dot over 90" detail. You can buy this Omega Moonwatch on a three-piece link bracelet for around 6,100 USD. Watches on textile straps sell for around 200 USD less.

Those who prefer sapphire crystal to Hesalite should check out the ref. 310.30.42.50.01.002. If you look at the display back on this watch, you'll see the caliber 3861 ticking away. Listings for this Moonwatch on Chrono24 come in at around 6,900 USD for pieces on a stainless steel bracelet and roughly 6,400 USD on a leather strap.

The "New Moon" in Rose or White Gold

Omega introduced rose and white gold editions of the new Moonwatch alongside the stainless steel models. The ref. 310.60.42.50.01.001 features a case and bracelet made of Omega's proprietary rose gold alloy, Sedna gold, and costs around 33,000 USD on a link bracelet. If you opt instead for the black leather strap, you'll see the price fall to around 22,500 USD.

The reference number 310.60.42.50.02.001, on the other hand, is made of Canopus gold, Omega's white gold alloy. This model features a silver dial, and is the perfect choice for those looking for a more refined design. On Chrono24, this model paired with a Canopus gold bracelet demands around 45,000 USD. You will save a significant amount if you decide on a leather strap, as prices for this configuration are closer to 28,000 USD. From a technical point of view, the rose and white gold models are identical to the stainless steel variants.

Vintage Moonwatch Editions

The Moonwatches worn by Armstrong, Aldrin, and fellow astronauts during their Apollo missions are hugely popular among Omega fans and collectors. The ref. 105.012 is one such watch; after all, it is the exact model worn by Buzz Aldrin and thus made history as the first watch on the Moon. This watch is powered by the caliber 321, an evolution of the Lemania 2310, and can found in earlier Speedmasters produced between 1957 and 1968. Well-maintained examples of the ref. 105.012 sell for around 16,500 USD on Chrono24.

You can save around 5,000 USD by opting for the successor model, the ref. 145.012. This timepiece is also powered by the caliber 321, and the differences in design compared to the ref. 105.012 are negligible.

Another vintage alternative worth taking a look at is the ref. 145.022. This watch debuted in 1969 and, in terms of design, is identical to the ref. 145.012. Here, you'll find the distinction inside the case: The caliber 861 powers this watch. Expect to pay around 7,500 USD for the ref. 145.022 in good condition.

If that's not quite in your budget, be on the lookout for Moonwatch editions with the caliber 1861, such as the ref. 311.30.42.30.01.005. You should be able to find one of these timepieces for around 5,700 USD.

Features of the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch

  • The first watch on the Moon
  • An iconic watch with a cult following
  • Authentic manual calibers
  • Available with plexiglass or sapphire crystal

Speedmaster Professional With the Caliber 321

Those looking for watches with the remade caliber 321 from 2019 should keep an eye out for the ref. 311.93.42.30.99.001. This reference pairs a platinum case with a black leather strap. Sapphire crystal protects the watch from the front and back. Omega crafts its "step dial" from black onyx and the subdials from moon rock.

Another interesting feature is the tachymeter bezel in black, polished ceramic. Like their famous predecessor, these watches come with a "dot over 90" (or "DON") scale. This means that the dot is located above the "90" rather than next to it. Many collectors covet watches with this detail, as it otherwise only appears on a series of vintage Speedmasters.

The platinum watch has a list price of 63,500 USD. Due to its rarity and precious material, this timepiece changes hands for around 70,500 USD on Chrono24.

The stainless steel Speedmaster Calibre 321 from 2020 is much more affordable. At 39.7 mm in diameter, it is also quite a bit smaller than the 42-mm platinum version. The size matches that of the third-generation Speedmaster worn by astronaut Ed White on his history-making spacewalk in 1965. Omega also equips this watch with a step dial; its sunken subdials are the same material as the dial. Like the platinum Speedmaster, this model boasts the sought-after "dot over 90" tachymeter bezel. While its list price sits at 14,600 USD, this Speedmaster has a market price of roughly 22,000 USD.

Omega introduced another Speedmaster model with the caliber 321 to its portfolio in January 2022. You can find this model under the reference number 311.50.39.30.01.001 and will see that it is reminiscent of the first Speedmaster from 1957. Similar to its legendary predecessor, it has a diameter of 38.6 mm and the broad arrow hands we know from the original. The bezel is brushed and features the famous "dot over 90" detail. In contrast to the original, however, this new Speedmaster is made of Canopus gold, has a transparent case back, and sapphire crystal. It is listed for 81,000 USD.

Features of the Speedmaster Calibre 321

  • Available in stainless steel, Canopus gold, or platinum
  • Legendary Omega caliber 321
  • Platinum model with onyx and moon rock
  • "Dot over 90" tachymeter bezel
  • Available in three sizes

The Gold Speedmaster Apollo 11

In 2019, Omega launched a special-edition Speedmaster in honor of the 50th anniversary of the first Moon landing: the Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Limited Edition in gold. The manufacturer limited this model to a run of 1,014. It pays tribute to the ref. BA145.002, which NASA gifted to the Apollo 11 astronauts upon their return from the successful mission. The vintage model was produced between 1969 and 1973. Collectors are especially fond of this watch, as only 1,014 copies exist.

The new Speedmaster's case and bracelet come in what Omega calls "Moonshine gold." Like its predecessor, it has a burgundy bezel, though the modern bezel is made of ceramic instead of aluminum. The dial is also gold and has a brushed finish. Faceted onyx indices mark the hours. The Omega caliber 3861 powers the watch. This Master Chronometer can resist magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss and boasts a co-axial escapement.

If you would like to purchase the ref. 310.60.42.50.99.001, be prepared to spend roughly 36,000 USD for a timepiece in mint condition.

Other Moonshine Gold Speedmasters

In Spring 2022, Omega added two more Speedmaster models made of Moonshine gold to the collection. These watches have the same inner workings as the Apollo 11 50th Anniversary, but are not limited editions.

Omega outfitted the first edition of the new Moonshine gold Speedmaster with a golden step dial and black subdials. The bezel, which of course features the "dot over 90" detail, has a black ceramic inlay with a Ceragold tachymeter scale. The edition under the ref. 310.60.42.50.99.002 comes on a link bracelet and has an official retail price of 37,900 USD. This edition is also available on a rubber strap, the inside of which replicates the structure of the lunar surface. Omega lists this variant for 29,900 USD.

The other new Moonshine gold timepiece can be found under the ref. 310.60.42.50.10.001. The only difference between the two new models is that this reference features a dark green PVD dial and matching ceramic bezel. The MSRP is 39,400 USD if you want the watch on a gold link bracelet, and 28,000 USD if you prefer a green leather strap.

Prices for "Speedy Tuesday" Models

The special-edition "Speedy Tuesday" from 2017 and "Speedy Tuesday 2 Ultraman" from 2018 are highly coveted among Speedmaster fans. Omega developed these timepieces in collaboration with the online magazine Fratello Watches. Both are limited to runs of 2,012 pieces and sold out within a few hours of their announcements. They share a 42-mm stainless steel case, Hesalite crystal, and the Omega manual caliber 1861.

The first Speedy Tuesday has a "reverse panda" dial, meaning it has a black dial and white subdials. Omega first created a Speedmaster with this color scheme back in 1966. One of the Speedy's most notable details is its radial subdials coated in luminous material. Other striking features include the vintage logo and corresponding markers. The manufacturer mounts the watch on a brown leather strap, and every timepiece comes with a watch roll and an additional NATO strap.

The original Speedy Tuesday has great investment potential. Upon its launch, the watch cost around 5,500 USD. Fast-forward to April 2022, and the model is worth some 13,000 USD.

The Speedy Tuesday 2 also goes by the nickname "Ultraman." This timepiece shares several design elements with the classic Moonwatch ref. 145.012-67, which appeared in the Japanese TV show "Return of Ultraman" in the early 1970s. While the original model only had an orange chronograph seconds hand, the new Ultraman features a few more splashes of this bright hue.

The hour markers, "Speedmaster" inscription, and the word "Tachymeter" on the black aluminum bezel all catch the eye. If you take a closer look, you'll find that the first three minutes on the minute-counter are also orange – a reference to the amount of time Ultraman had in superhero mode. Across the dial, the 60-minute counter comes with an unexpected surprise: Here, you'll find Ultraman's hidden silhouette, though you'll need a UV light to see it. Luckily, each watch comes with a light for viewing this special feature.

Like the Speedy Tuesday 1, the second edition features a vintage Omega logo on its dial. It comes in an intricate hexagonal box, which also contains a matching black and orange NATO strap and an additional black leather strap.

If the Speedy Tuesday Ultraman piques your interest, you can find this model listed for around 15,500 USD on Chrono24.

Features of the Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday

  • Each version limited to a run of 2,012 pieces
  • Coveted collector's items

Speedmaster Reduced: The Small Speedy

If you would like to call an Omega Speedmaster your own but find the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch a bit too large, you should take a closer look at the Speedmaster Reduced ref. 3510.50.00. At 39 mm, it is 3 mm smaller than the Moonwatch, making it the perfect size for more slender wrists. Unlike its larger sister models with manual calibers, the automatic Omega caliber 3220 ticks away inside the Reduced. This movement is based on the ETA 2890-A2 and features a chronograph module from Dubois Dépraz.

The Reduced's dial is distinctive and features Arabic numeral hour markers in addition to line indices. Its subdials also sit closer to the edge than they do on the Professional Moonwatch. Finally, Hesalite crystal lends this Reduced a certain vintage charm. If you prefer watches with sapphire crystal, you should take a closer look at the newer ref. 3539.50.00. This version also uses the Omega caliber 3220 but lacks Arabic numerals, resulting in a tidier dial that bears a stronger resemblance to the Moonwatch.

Omega no longer manufactures either version of the Speedmaster Reduced, so you'll have to look on the secondary market for this timepiece. Its prices have increased in recent years, and a pre-owned ref. 3510.50.00 in good condition now demands about 3,700 USD. The model with sapphire crystal is much rarer and costs roughly 4,200 USD.

Features of the Speedmaster Reduced

  • A smaller alternative to the Moonwatch
  • Automatic caliber 3220
  • Sapphire or Hesalite crystal
  • Likely to appreciate in value

The Speedmaster '57: A Retro Watch

Retro watches have been in style for a while now, and the Speedmaster '57 is no exception. As its name suggests, this watch was inspired by the ref. CK2915, the original Speedmaster from 1957. Its most distinctive feature is its so-called Speedmaster Broad Arrow hour hand. Original models from the 1950s often sell for several hundred thousand dollars at auction.

Omega has crafted numerous homages to the original Speedmaster. The version from 2017 (ref. 311.10.39.30.01.001) is perhaps the most highly coveted. It was limited to a run of 3,557 pieces and released in celebration of the Speedmaster's 60th anniversary. It belongs to the 1957 Trilogy of watches, which also includes a Seamaster 300 and a Railmaster. The Speedmaster 60th Anniversary Edition shares straight lugs with its historical inspiration. Most other Speedmasters have curved lugs. The three-piece link bracelet is yet another easy way to tell this model apart from the rest of the series. It has polished outer links and satin-brushed middle links. Inside the 38.6-mm case, you'll find the caliber 1861 powering this chronograph. Plan to spend about 8,500 USD for one of these timepieces.

The Speedmaster '57 is also available in standard-edition models and boasts Omega's state-of-the-art Co-Axial caliber 9300. At 41.5 mm, these watches are larger than the 60th Anniversary version from 2017 and feature only two subdials: a dual minute and hour counter at 3 o'clock and a small seconds counter at 9 o'clock. There is a date display at the six o'clock position. Expect to pay around 5,900 USD for a stainless steel model in mint condition. Keep in mind that the Speedmaster '57 also comes in two-tone versions, and in 18-karat rose or white gold. The ref. 331.50.42.51.02.001 is a fantastic model; it is made of solid yellow gold and paired with a silver-white dial. New pieces with this reference require an investment of around 24,000 USD.

In March 2022, Omega expanded the collection with several 40.5-mm models. These watches retain the same subdial configuration as the slightly larger models, but are powered by the Co-Axial caliber 9906. You can choose between models that give off a more retro vibe thanks to their black dials and beige luminous material on the hands and indices, or models with a sunburst dial in blue, green, or red. All variants come on either a stainless steel bracelet, or a leather strap matching the dial color. List prices for timepieces on a steel link bracelet are around 9,000 USD, and around 8,800 USD on a leather strap.

Features of the Speedmaster '57

  • Retro 1950s design
  • Models with Broad Arrow hands
  • A wide range of models in different materials
  • Manual and automatic calibers

Prices for Ceramic Models

The Speedmaster collection also includes wristwatches made of high-tech ceramic. Ceramic is much harder and more scratch-resistant than stainless steel. The ceramic Speedmaster comes in gray, white, or black. The black edition is known as the !{model-imod2735,Dark Side of the Moon} and pays tribute to the astronauts of the Apollo 8 mission, who were the first people to ever see the far side of the Moon. The modern Co-Axial caliber 9300 provides this timepiece with its high level of precision. The Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon costs roughly 9,500 USD on Chrono24.

The Omega Speedmaster White Side of The Moon is the complete opposite of the black ceramic model, at least in terms of its color scheme. The white case of the White Side of the Moon is, unsurprisingly, inspired by the Moon's glowing appearance in the night sky. As it's completely white, this watch has quite a feminine feel to it. The edition with a diamond-encrusted bezel and mother-of-pearl dial reinforces this impression. Prices for this version come in at around the 20,000 USD mark, while the standard edition is much more affordable at roughly 10,000 USD.

The Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon is the third watch in this series. Its gray coloration is inspired by moon dust. It also corresponds to a statement made by American astronaut Jim Lovell, who said, "The Moon is essentially gray." You can purchase the Grey Side of the Moon for about 9,500 USD.

Features of the Ceramic Speedmaster

  • Available in black, white, and gray
  • Ceramic: more scratch-resistant than stainless steel
  • Omega Co-Axial caliber 9300

Speedmaster Racing for Motorsports

The watches in the Speedmaster Racing series represent Omega's long-standing relationship with motorsports. Before the Speedmaster became the legendary Moonwatch, it was the companion of many racecar drivers. The dials on the Racing models are reminiscent of the dashboards found in classic racecars. This chronograph is currently available in a number of editions and various sizes. Omega outfits each watch with the Co-Axial Master Chronometer caliber 9900.

Models with a diameter of 44.25 mm on a stainless steel bracelet, such as the reference 329.30.44.51.04.001, cost about 7,500 USD. If you would prefer a smaller timepiece, the 40-mm models are a good choice. You can find these timepieces for roughly 3,000 USD.

Buying a Quartz-Powered Speedmaster

High-precision quartz Speedmaster models are practical professional tools. For example, Omega developed the Speedmaster Skywalker X-33 specifically for astronauts. This 45-mm watch features both analog and digital displays. Its movement also comes with a perpetual calendar, three alarms, a chronograph, three time zones, and a countdown function. All of this is topped off by two special functions: the Mission Elapsed Time (MET) and Phase Elapsed Time (PET). The MET shows either how much time has passed since the mission began or how much time is left. On the other hand, the PET displays how much time has gone by since a particular phase started. You can program this quartz timepiece with three phases, depending on the MET. The Omega Skywalker X-33 is the official mission watch of the European Space Agency (ESA).

If you're looking for a professional astronaut's watch with an accurate quartz caliber, the Speedmaster Skywalker X-33 is the right watch for you. Expect to pay around 5,000 USD for a timepiece in mint condition. The Speedmaster Skywalker X-33 Solar Impulse is limited to a run of 1,924 and costs around 100 USD more.

The Omega Spacemaster Z-33 is yet another quartz member of the Speedmaster family. Its distinctive design is inspired by the Omega Flightmaster from the 1960s and 70s. Like the Skywalker X-33, the Spacemaster Z-33 features both analog and digital displays. The 43-mm case is made of titanium and is water-resistant to 30 m (3 bar, 98 ft). In terms of functionality, it comes with a chronograph, an alarm, multiple time zones, and a perpetual calendar. Plan to spend around 3,600 USD for a new Spacemaster Z-33.

Speedmaster 38 for Men and Women

Omega produces various 38-mm timepieces in the Speedmaster 38 series. You can choose from models in stainless steel, Sedna gold, or yellow gold, as well as two-tone editions. The dial is available in white, brown, blue, black, or gray. Several gold models make particularly nice women's watches thanks to the addition of diamonds. One example is the Sedna gold ref. 324.68.38.50.02.003 with a diamond-studded bezel. This timepiece has a silver dial with a date at 6 o'clock and indices in the same rose gold hue as the case. Like all Speedmasters, there are also subdials at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The Omega Co-Axial caliber 3330 ticks away inside the case and provides the watch with its 52-hour power reserve. A brown leather strap holds this refined Speedmaster securely on the wrist. You can buy this watch on Chrono24 for around 17,000 USD new.

The stainless steel version with a matching bracelet and black dial is much more budget-friendly. It is a fantastic women's and men's watch and features the same technology as its more opulent counterpart. This edition sells for roughly 4,500 USD in mint condition.

MoonSwatch: The Colorful Speedmaster from Swatch

In March 2022, Swatch surprised the watch world with the most affordable and colorful Speedmaster to date: the MoonSwatch. The watch giant partnered with its subsidiary Omega to produce this reinterpretation of one of the world's most famous watches. Along with the Omega and Swatch logos, the dial also proudly displays the unmistakable Speedmaster inscription.

In terms of its design, the MoonSwatch is very reminiscent of the current Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch from Omega; in fact, its shape and dimensions are the exact same. You will also recognize the tachymeter bezel with the "dot over 90" detail, hands, and the dial's typography and aesthetic from the original.

Of course, the MoonSwatch isn't an exact replica of the legendary timepiece. For starters, Swatch used their proprietary BIOCERAMIC, a ceramic blend made of two-thirds ceramic, and one-third synthetic material derived from castor oil. This material takes color very easily, and Swatch jumped at the opportunity to offer 11 different color variations, with each one being named after a planetary body in our solar system. The Mission to the Sun model dazzles in a brilliant yellow, while the Mission to Neptune comes in a cool, dark blue. The Mission to Mars has a fiery red case, white dial, and Gemini hands, which also feature on the Speedmaster "Alaska Project." The two pastel-tone versions, Mission to Venus and Mission to Uranus, come in pink and light blue, respectively. If your style is more suited to understated colors such as beige, brown and gray, check out the Mission to Saturn, Mission to Jupiter, and Mission to Mercury. The design of the Mission to the Moon, on the other hand, is almost exactly the same as that of Omega's current Moonwatch.

Another key difference between the original Moonwatch and the MoonSwatch is the movement. Swatch uses a quartz caliber from ETA for the MoonSwatch. As a result, the MoonSwatch's subdials are at 2, 6, and 10 o'clock.

The official list price for the MoonSwatch is 260 USD, and the first batch sold out almost immediately. Swatch has repeatedly stressed that MoonSwatches are not limited editions, and will be readily available for purchase once sufficient quantities of these timepieces are manufactured. Of course, this will take some time to do. However, if you cannot wait to have a MoonSwatch on your wrist, you can find them on the secondary market at a considerable premium. At the time of writing in April 2022, MoonSwatches were selling on Chrono24 for between 700 USD and 1,200 USD.
