This is an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270J-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching 18K yellow gold deployant buckle. The solid two-body case, stepped concave bezel, and fluted lugs are polished. It has a sapphire crystal as well as a screw-down, sapphire display case back, and correctors in the band. The dial is satine silver with applied faceted, yellow gold baton hour index markers and feuille hands, and a central chronograph hand. There are rectangular chronograph push buttons and a subsidiary seconds dial at 9 o'clock, with a moon phase and days of the month aperture at 6 o'clock. There is a 30-minute register at 3 o'clock, and a leap year indicator window between 4 and 5 o'clock. Included are an outer 1/5 seconds and tachymeter track, a minute track, and a day/night indicator between 7 and 8 o'clock. It has a 55 to 65-hour power reserve with the chronograph disengaged, it's water resistant to 30 meters, and the case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270J-001 has a Patek Philippe manual winding caliber CH 29‑535 PS Q movement that's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and the Patek Philippe quality seal. It's constructed with 33 jewels, 456 components, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
